Nobody was building anything for the person who holds the line when it costs them.

Who remains the same on their worst days as their best. No audience required.

A bad day does not excuse bad behavior.

So I built it.

THE WOUND

The world rewards the performance of standards more than the practice of them.

It is easier to post about integrity than to hold it when the cost becomes real.

What remains after the performance stops is the only thing that ever mattered.

THE STANDARD

Character is not what you perform when people are watching.

It is what you hold when no one is watching especially when it costs you something.

The Standard does not move because the cost rises.
