By accessing or purchasing from COLEFIELD™ (thecolefield.com), you agree to these Terms & Standards.

1. The Standard
COLEFIELD™ is a philosophy-first uniform system. Products are made to order and built to a standard of character, restraint, and endurance. Purchases constitute agreement to this standard.

2. Orders & Production
All items are produced on demand. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery estimates are provided but not guaranteed.

3. No Refunds or Exchanges for Sizing or Preference
Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or normal wear and use. Review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact support@thecolefield.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review and resolve at our discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability
COLEFIELD™ is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control. We are not responsible for misuse, improper care, or indirect damages from use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, text, philosophy, and branding (including “THE STANDARD REMAINS”) are owned by COLEFIELD™. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
